HRMS Functional:
This role will participate in a team environment to implement HRMS.
The ideal person will have implementation experience in a functional role and should be fully competent in OTL, OTA, or Advanced Benefits. This is not a technical position, however knowledge of Fast Formulas would be a plus. The role will work closely with clients to establish requirements analysis, will do actual set-up, testing, documentation and user training. The person will need to have good written and verbal skills.
This role will begin working in either Waukegan, IL or Springfield, MO.
Salary will range from $75-$90K.
