Excellent Company located in the greater Phoenix Arizona area needs a Sr.
Oracle ERP Applications Manager to lead the Oracle Applications team.
The Corporate Oracle ERP Application team supports Corporate Finance,
Supply Chain Management, and Global Business Services, Finance, Accounts Payable,
Fixed Assets and Travel and Expense.
Base salary range is 90-110K and relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities include:
-Provide technology and human resource leadership to the Oracle ERP
Applications team (5 team members).
-Budget management ensuring effective resource utilization as well as
effective cost management/liquidation - budget of approx. $1.2m.
-Provide project management oversight of all customer projects ensuring
cost, schedule and quality metrics.
-Provides management oversight of the overall application services
delivery supply chain and lifecycle management activities ensuring all suppliers
achieve predefined service levels (Information Technology Group, Off Shore Development
Suppliers, etc).
-Develop and execute technology roadmap ensuring appropriate application
version management.
-Work with the customers to develop application service strategic plans
and develop and execute tactical plans
-Responsible for Customer Project Demand Management including negotiating
conflicting customer priorities.
-Responsible for executing the Monthly Oracle Governance board meetings.
-Provide leadership enabling the team to continue to mature within the
SEI CMM framework.
*Qualifications:
-BS in Information Systems required, MBA preferred.
-Strong Oracle ERP Implementations/applications experience.
-Must have 8+ years of increasingly responsible positions in Information Technology and
a broad understanding of Finance and MRO Supply Chain functions.
-In-depth understanding of and commitment to DMAIC tools and methods as well as SEI
CMM a must - Greenbelt Certified preferred.
-Strong Program Management, Customer Relationship Management,Teaming,
Motivational and Leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor direct reports.
-Experience working in with a diverse customer base and
influencing those outside direct reporting relationships a must.
-Must have the ability to prioritize workload for self and direct reports.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
-Must have the ability to think strategically while being able to transform the strategy
to reality.
*-U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is also required.
