Where can I get an information how to create a Small Corp, how to operate it, taxes, insurances, registration , etc. ?
Recently I have contacted some employer, they said they would sign a Corp-to-corp contranct with me rather than hiring. I don't have my Corp, so I am looking for any information about that. Also, I am looking for any existing Corp which would "hire" me when I will bring them a contract.

I think this means that the company wants to employ you as a Contractor, as opposed to a regular Employee. You could try contacting a Staffing Agency, who could employ you and then place you as a Contractor with this company. Hope this helps.
