Hi,
I had been working in Oracle 7 and 8i and recently I am more into Project Management as I am Project Leader. Even though I have quite a good amount of exposure in Oracle, I don't have enough knowledge on the domain areas, which every company always look for. Where is that I can get the full documentation, which explains all the domain areas, their functionalities, etc....Please let me know.

You please fo to oraclestore and get all the documentation by CD. It is considerably cheep. Some of them you can download from website like OTN.oracle.com
