Required: Minimum of 3 to 4 years Oracle DBA experience on Unix Operating System. An excellent understanding of the Oracle architecture. Knowledge with scripting languages like ksh, Bourne shell, and also a thorough understanding of the PL/SQL programming language. A working knowledge of the TCP/IP communication protocol, and Oracle Networking is also needed.
Desired: Java, and/or other high level language experience. Understanding of Oracle iAS and general Web application development.
