Hi
We are working on a requirement for our Middle East Client which reads as follows.
Oracle CRM 11i - Service Module
The Technical expert level for a Developer should be as follows:
General :
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
§ Implementation experience with Oracle Application.
§ Willingness to work anywhere in the Middle East.
§ Willingness to subject themselves to both a verbal and practical exam on their area of expertise.
§ Experience with a minimum of three Oracle implementations ( Not Mandatory ).
ORACLE CRM skills required:
1. Proven application experience on 11i.
2. Sound technical knowledge in Oracle CRM modules like .. Sales, Service, and Marketing.
3. Expertise in Oracle CRM ( Service Module ) with preferable knowledge in either Sales and Marketing Module.
4. Should have worked in more than one project on Oracle CRM Service Modules.
5 Working and implementation knowledge on Oracle CRM modules.
6. Ability to communicate well at all levels in an organization
7. Sound business and industry knowledge.
8. Proven ability in Oracle CRM technologies.
Comfort Level in Oracle CRM Service module in the below mentioned areas..( Kindly provide ratings on a scale of 1-10 ; 1 being the least )
1. Customer Care (Knowledge Base, Customer Profile Mgmt.)
2. Service core (Install Base, Depot repair etc.)
3. Field service Modules
4. Oracle Service, Telesales 3i, Oracle Customer Care 3i/11i
5. Order Capture, i-Support etc
6. Strengths w.r.t to setups , administration and user management
Duration : 1 Year Minimum
Kindly note that the on-site project location is for a Fortune 500 company in the Middle East for a minimum of 1Year and you would be working on projects for companies of repute.
