We need Oracle Developers that have experience with SQL.

The Contractor s tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Provide application support and enhancements for the existing financial Oracle applications such as HRMS, GL and PSB.
2. Develop custom applications such as Contract Management Tracking and Professional Staffing specific to the needs of a Financial Management organization.
3. Design, develop, code, test and implement applications according to defined standards. Revise and refine systems as required.
4. Conduct detailed analysis of system as required for impact assessments, development and ongoing support.
5. Participate in the upgrade of Oracle applications from Release 11 to Release 11i.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Four (4) years experience, within the last five (5) years, providing application analysis, design, programming and implementation.

2. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, working with Oracle developer tools such as Developer 2000 Forms and Reports, PL/SQL and SQL.

3. Two (2) years experience, within the last five (5) years, designing, developing and supporting financial and management applications in a social services environment.

4. Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years, with Oracle SQL Loader.

5. Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or engineering from an accredited University/Technical School. Evidence of degree shall be provided at the Interview conference.

Valid Class C, Driver s License.

· Built local capacity at the federal and provincial levels for HMIS' and National Programme software maintenance ;
· Design and conduct training sessions for National Programme Managers / Supervisors in interpretation / analysis of computerized feedback reports and use information in managerial decision-making;
· Provide technical support to the federal and provincial PIUs, Bio-statistics cell, and provincial health departments in software troubleshooting as and when need arises;
· Assist the HMIS section of the National programme in carrying out post-implementation system monitoring to ensure its successful functioning, and perform fine-tuning if necessary;
