Hi,

You can connect from OS prmopt (Windows Or Unix) as:

sqlplus /nolog
connect /as sysdba

Or
sqlplus system/manager

Cheers

When I use system/manager, it is a error:
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

Do you know why?

No OS name or version.
No Oracle version to 4 decimal places.
No idea what you were doing when you got the error.
Use CUT & PASTE
On the surface you should NOT have been using SQL*Net with the username/password in post.
Too few details to even guess what is wrong.
