can be possible to set a trigger on update of a colum on a "system table" where oracle writes constantly the current date??
i must create something that write a row in a log table when a date is small than today and this append every day or 2 days or few minute (polling)

sorry but maybe i post a questions in wrong way
the question is:
"there is a system table where Oracle constantly write the current date? so i can set a trigger on update of this colum to create a polling trigger..."
