I would like to know the answer for following questions.

1.What is the terminology used for table without any keys?What is its practical significance?Though it is against RDBMS(&normalization) concept,why is this used?
2.What is alternate key?What is its practical significance?Under what circumstance is it used?
3What is special character in Oracle 8i?
4What are the different ways of providing security feature to a front end application?How to provide that?
