Annams Systems Corporation, a premier provider of IT Professional Services and Property Management Software with outstanding alliances and references, is hiring Technical Team Leads to keep up with the demands of our growing organization.
Sunflower Systems product, Sunflower Assets, helps companies to track and manage every enterprise asset from the time they first acquire it up and until the time they dispose of it, put it into excess, store it in a warehouse, etc. The product leverages Oracle's technology stack for security and single-sign on capabilities and integrates seamlessly with other enterprise applications to create a 360-degree view of every corporate asset throughout the enterprise. Corporate assets can include fixed assets, intellectual property, vehicles, software, weapons, hazardous materials and sensitive data.
We are recruiting experienced Technical Team Leads to join our professional services organization. Positions are based in our Washington DC office.
Successful candidates will have at least 10 years experience in a similar discipline, preferably in lifecycle implementation of enterprise systems (i.e. Oracle 11i, Peoplesoft, Siebel, SAP, AMS, etc) including design and construction of interfaces and the design and construction of bolt-on functionality. Experience with a major systems integrator or consulting organization is desired. U.S. Citizenship is required. If a candidate holds any type of Security Clearance, this would be a plus.
Specific skills sets required:
·Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
·Experienced in requirements gathering and analysis, solution design and development
·Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external implementation teams
·Strong leadership abilities
·Deep technical knowledge of the Oracle database, application server, and developer toolset
·Capable of installing the complete Oracle technology stack, Sunflower application, and performing system configuration
. BS in CS, EE, or CE or related years of experience
Candidates should have significant experience in dealing with Federal Government accounts. We expect you to be high-energy, hands-on, self-managed, flexible and have a strong desire to succeed. Some travel will be required within the U.S.
