I'm desperate for a bit of insight into either a 3rd party tool or some suggestions in any directions.

I'm looking for a way (or a tool / application) that will send emails to people based on values in our database.

Basically all it needs to do is read specific columns and send emails based on some simple rule sets.

If anyone has any insight or knows of a tool or suite of applications that could even possibly handle this, please post or email me.

There are a couple of examples of how to send emails from within PL/SQL under 'General PL/SQL: Scripts' on the scripts page. You will need an SMTP server.
