Hi, we are looking for input on the gradients of the term "customization".  The term is used rather loosley and we would like to get more exact in how we classify our enhancements.  So far we are using the terms Customization, tailoring and extensions as noted below, but we would really like to hear input from others on either these very rough draft definitions or others they may be using.

1. Customization = modifcations made to Oracle code

2. Extensions = Adding on pieces of code (where allowable by Oracle code)

3. Tailoring - the setting of options (set up/special infromation fields etc.)

Thanks,  Sharon
