I downloaded Oracle9i Personal Edition in three disks from the web and installed it. I can use scott/tiger, etc. However, I never followed up on establishing the dba identity. Now that I want to use the OEM, I have been prompted for my userid and password. I don't have these. It looks like my only recourse is to uninstall Oracle 9i and reinstall, making certain that I keep track of userid and password. However, uninstall requires the OUI (Oracle Universal Installer) since I can't find an Oracle reference in the Add/Remove programs. How do I go about obtaining this?
