Can any one tell me the Drawbacks of MS Access Database compared to Oracle?
Is there any website for finding out this?

One of the basic drawback of Access is that it cannot suport Programming language sql while oracle support sql as well as PL sql
2ndly oracle is a package can support database as well as developer+administrative side n so on while Access is not strong enough

In short, it's like comparing the old "Wordstar" with the modern MS Word 2000.

As simple as that. Just search in google for more details.
