Can we say that MS Access 2000 is RDBMS. Whats the differnece between Oracle 8.0 & MS Access 2000

Access lacks in security where as oracle is some what more complicated that access. access is meant for formal storage database whereas it can't be used for big enterprises where security comes first than price. many latest tech like web-enabling and mutiple access is laking in access.
