No. If a user/schema has DBA privs they can access ALL objects in the database.

Thanks a million for yor quick reply.Fact is I`m a beginner in Oracle.
Presently doing an internship with a firm migrating from Access application
to Oracle enviroment. And I`m supposed to do this as a project. You can
imagine my fears if this fails. Is there anyway I can get in touch with
