Hi guys:
I would like to ask you a question about SAP. How SAP and Oracle work together? Does SAP only use Oracle as backend DB and work with it from different SAP functional modules like HR or Finance at the front end? or does it have more than that and can actually run the Oracle database with it?
Thanks
Kane

SAP can use just about any major database. I know from a fact from working on SAP systems that you can user Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server. I'm not sure on the sybase/Informix side of things though.
