AFTER INSTALLING ORACLE-8
WHEN I AM STARTING DATABASE IT IS GIVING
EROR AS "1513 EROR"
AND WHILE LOADING ORACLE IT HAS A PROBLEM OF VIRTUAL MEMORY

First of all u did not specify how much RAM u have and which version of oracle ur using whether it is personal or eneterprise, and as for ur virtual mem problem go to system and increase the size of ur paging file.
