If I want to install the latest ODBC driver on my Oracle 9.2 Windows 2000 server, I receive the message, I need to have OUI V2.3.0.5.0a or higher.

The OUI from the CD is V2.2.0.18.0

From where do I get this newer OUI ? Can't find it on the download page

How you go to the Metalink. Is It in Oracle web site? Can you provide the URL

The site is http://metalink.oracle.com, it's oracle's official support site. It's not free. Ask your DBA or Oracle responsible for MetaLink credentials.
