I am managing Oracle DB release 1 (ver. 9.0.1) on Windows NT 4.0 server, which is having 2 GB RAM. I would like to upgrade the RAM by additional 2GB. In that case, can I use SGA more than 2GB (using 4 GT feature), if yes, how? If no, can I do the same by upgrading the O/S to Windows 2000 Advance Server.
