Hi,
I am having trouble in installing Oracle 8 Personal onto my WIN2000 machine.

While installation process is going on, when the dependencies for SQL*Net Client are being analyzed I recieve the following error message ..

stopsrvc,vrf[[78]]: Type mismatch in argument '0'
when calling 'contains'
stopsrvc.vrf[[78]]: 'STRING' expected when 'LIST'
found

At this point the installation terminates.

DO ANYONE HAVE SOLUTION FOR THIS.

If so please let me know. My ID
