Hello,

I'd like to know if I can specify the Home Entry in the Windows Registry.
Normally, if I install the first Oracle product (for Example the Oracle-database Client) ,
the software himself specifies the Home as Home0
If I install then another Oracle product (for example Developer) the software specifies
Home as Home1 for this Product.

Can I influence the "Home-Number" during the installation process, or even afterwards ??

Background: I have to create some MSI from certain software, for installing on computers
whitin our enterprise. But some "Home-Numbers" are already assigned, so if Home0 is already
assigned, I can't use it.
Thats why I'd like to determine the "Home-Number"

Thanx for your advice
