Iwant Install and use Developer 6 on My windows Xp.

I have not Network Connection ..and i want Use Personal Oracle.

please help me

Install developer 6 first, then install personal oracle into a different oracle home. I think the latest patch 13 is certified against XP. You'll need to download this from OTN.
