Couldn't install Oracle 8 on Win2k [message #100912]

While installing Oracle 8 I am getting following prolem. The problem is - "Unable to delete the NT Service for the SQL * Net V2 Listener." After this the installation process stops. Can any one help me in this regard

Can't you manually delete the service prior to the installation?

Sir

During installation require one password for SVRMGR.

without this exit from installation.
