Hi, I have problem to start Personal Oracle 8i on Windows 2000.
The message that it show when i launch it is
ora-12570 tns packet reader failure

boot your opéraiting system.
Lanch Composant Instance manager.Give him a file init.ora.

open data base and no problème.
(I have version 8i )
