I have get the same error message "Error: Cannot load resource file sqresus.dll" when I configure the ODBC to acess the Oracle database on WIN2000.
After I have read the Rob Mies's Reply,I found that the "Path" of the environment variants is wrong.Thanks very much to Rob Mies's Reply.

Got the same error on Win 2k server. Funny thing was it was working for sometime and it suddenly stopped working. Rebooted the box and everything was normal. This was with Oracle9i client and ODBC combination.
