I oracle installed on windows 2000 professional with serivce pack 3 and pack 2 on different machines and give me an error message ora 12570 TNS packet reader failure
wahta is reader packet failure and wwht does it happens urgent

HI, I got a problem when I try to connect 2 My DB, Following message : ORA 12570 : Echec à la lecture du paquet.
If somebody could help me ...I'll be thankfull.

boot your opérating system.
Lanch Composant Instance manager.Give him a file init.ora.
open data base and no problème.
I have version 8i .
read to me if ok
