I have the same problem in Windows 2000. I tried to install the Personal Edition and when I click on this Install/Deinstall Product nothing happens. I know it should show up another screen which is "Oracle Universal Installer" screen but it did not...
I have Pentium 4 1.6 GHZ and 1,047,568 Kb RAM. Is it too fast machine?
