I am doing importing of records into a Oracle database and I'm having serious performance issues.

I have 45 SQL statements doing "Insert" per record. The most expensive SQL statement "Matching logic" is using a lot of overhead. Is there a way to optimize this import process?

The schema has 470 tables by the way.

Thanks

Try dropping all indexes, then do the insert once finished re-create the indexes.
