I have old version personal oracle 8.04 installed on
my win 95.
Can I upgrade it from the network site or download from
web ? If can, could you please tell me the site

i've tried going to teh official oracle site and found a link where i could download oracle, bu the think s.. i could download it! why?? i clicked on teh link but nothing happend!

Hi, I have unzipped this file(nt817personal.zip) after downloading it but when i click on setup.exe nothing happens, can anyone guide me to how to install it, any website or link where i can get the instructions are most welcome.
