i have linux7.2 server and three win98 client connected to it. Win98 client access linux using telnet , can i run any command from my terminal to another terminal, if i have permission to do that.

Hi,
You can telnet from your Windows machines to the Linux machine and execute commands there. If you want to raise a GUI, you can display it on a different system (running X Server Software) by changing the DISPLAY variable.
