The installation guide for Oracle 9iR2 appears to only support HP-UX 11.0.  However, 10g installation guide support HP-UX 11i is required.

I have a rp5400 with HP-UX 11i v1.  Will this OS version support Oracle 9iR2 (9.2.0.1) 64bit?

Have you checked the compatibility matrix on metalink.oracle.com? Usually a newer O/S won't break old Oracle versions (from my Solaris experience).
