Hi,
While running SQL (Oracle), if we get any error, it gives error code. Where to find explanation for that sql error code in UNIX, NT and SQL plus envoronments?

Execute "oerr error_type error_number" on Unix prompt.

For example :
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20008: STRING LARGER THAN BUFFER INCREASE BUFFER SIZE OF FOPEN
ORA-06512: at "TH_ST6.TH_AU_UPD_RESP_PKG", line 154
ORA-06512: at line 1

So it will be, "oerr ora 6512"

in listener.ora add the string (QUEUESIZE=200) after PORT=1521)
