Hi.
i had ths same problem with Oracle Client 8.17 and RedHat 7.1.
I solved it in this way:
# su - oracle
$ unset LDEMULATION
then execute setup_stubs.sh, all ok!
$ ./setup_stubs.sh,
but i can't understand why, can you tell me?
