Data Loader for Apps HRMS [message #94889]

We are looking to migrate data. 5000 employee records. I'm intending to use data loader but finding it very unstable and difficult to populate apps HRMS. Any ideas. should we look at SQL loader. If so how to get data from tables to Apps.

Have you tried to use Excell Macros to do the upload?
It will help alot... let me know if you needs help

Can you provide an overview. Can Excel Macros upload to HRMS screens? What are the steps? can docs to help?
