I have installed Oracle Express Instance Mangager version 6.3.4.0.0 I have Oracle 9i Enterprise edition on that machine.

Using which utitlity I can issue the following commands :

DATATBASE CREATE mydb ATTACH

DEFINE department DIMENSION TEXT

UPDATE

Plz help me.
