While deploying the mapping, I am getting the warning error message:
<<RA-06550: line 164, column 9:
PL/SQL: ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [[qctcte1]], [[0]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]]>>?

Same error
Can you please guide me in right direction?

This i believe is an undocumented memory/other corruption error. check the alertlog file for further details.
The database is i believe almost unrecoverable without oracle support.
