I have go a Rookies question :
I have a Java application storing Data on Oracle 8 DB.
It uses the thin client JDBC driver (classes12.zip).
I want to test this application on Oracle 9 DB, will the classes12.zip of Oracle 8 work with Oracle 9 ?

How to update oracle 8 server into Oracle 9 server.
Oracle 9 server is avaliable or oracle 9i only.
