I have completed the installation the suite. It was required to install a 'repository' in order to use 'Designer'. The install ran into an error in accessing the global work areas. I tried granting the the Oracle user for 'Designer' the priviledge to access the file. But it was unsuccessful. The Enterprise Manager will not allow granting the global work areas.. not even to 'System' user. I am thinking that I will need to create a new instance with a user that has priviledges to the global work areas. Anyone run into this situation?
