Hi,
Stored Procedures are Database objects and not Report or Form objects.
In Reports or Forms you may create Pl/Sql procedures and functions which are loacal top that component.

Hi,
Either you can store the value returned by a SP into a Placeholder column or in a Formula column & display in the report.
