I want to open a locally stored (C:) browser question in order to get the SQL code. The problem is that the query is referring to tables and columns on another instance that I can't access with Discoverer, so when I try to open the query with my local Discoverer, it (obviously) can't find the tables in the query, it does not open correctly and I can't get to the SQL. If one look at the .brw file with Notepad it is not completely readable. I also thought about setting up the tables the query is referring to on a local instance without any data, but that might be very tedious work.
Any suggestions?
