Hi Raymond,
Discoverer is using old Oracle Installer.
Therefore, it can be installed only into
DEFAULT_HOME and must be installed first
(before other clients or server on the
same machine).
All other Oracle programs can be installed
in any order.
So, you need to remove all Oracle programs
installed on your machine.
Then, start with Discoverer, choose
DEFAULT_HOME as Oracle Home.
Proceed with Oracle installations -
choose different Oracle Homes for;
Forms/Reports (FORMS_HOME for instance);
SERVER_HOME for Oracle Server;
IAS_HOME for Oracle iAS.
