To take report output to excell is very easy. Add a local printer into your system. Select any generic printer like epson fx 100 +. When it asks for port, select "FILE: create a file on disk". When report output is obtained, select file print and then select this printer name. It will generate a text file. Open this file in excell with whatever delimiter and the report output is there in excell. For getting proper output use | in order to separate columns in report.
