hello to all
i need some guidance to choose control blocks or base table blocks.
i am new to oracle forms 9i. currently i am developing a "multi user" application with control blocks.
can i continue with this control blocks or shall i have to use "base table blocks only" ?
or is there any problem with control blocks in a multi user environment ?
please guide me in this regard

Hi,

a control block can not be a replacement for a base table block becoz u need to write the coding for all events like insert, update, delete, query etc in a control block where as in base table blocks these things will be done by default.
