hi,
I want the labels for all my items to come from a table instead of hardcoding it in the prompt section..
I have created a table with three cols ..viz...formname,itemname and label.. now i want to fetch it from the table and place it in the labels...i m using display items for labels...can someone help me how to do this

Ugh. Sounds like a horrible idea, trying to build a 'flexible' form...
Depending on your version (NOT mentioned!) you can issue an set_item_property to change the prompt_text.
