i m using Database 9i Forms 6i OS Win2K machines are diff for DB and Form (client/server), i build a form which hv a DATE type field, i set property of its text item INITIAL VALUE as datetime and FORMAT MASK as dd-mon-yy hh:mi, when its INSERTING data in table its ok for TIME portion of DATE but i want to update the DATE and TIME both from SYSDATE but it always updating 12:00 for TIME. when i m using to_char, Form generating Un-handelled exception error. how do i update current time using sysdate in Form. thnx for your help.
