i'm creating lov whith rec.group at run time but and my qurey for record group is selected by user so i dont know the columns of that query so when ever i attach that record group to my lov it gives me error
'FRM-41826: Cannot replace group; columns don't match LOV.'
is it posssibal to add colums to lov at run time or any other option to slove this problem
my lov is only have one column at dezn.time
oracle forms 5

Hi,
You may make use of ADD_GROUP_COLUMN built in to add new columns to your record group.
Please refer to Forms Help for the syntax & example.
