Hello!

I want to run Forms9i on a standalone WIN2000 PC.

I am running into problems stating that 'pages can not be displayed offline'. Is there a way to get around this?

Help very appreciated!

Regards

Chris

Hi Ram:
I actually DID! And I am really puzzled...
It seems it needs an external internet connection, what doesn't make sense at all.
I thought something might have been wrong with the URL settings but it seems OK!?

Hi!
I tried your string - no succes (I have no connection to internet on that machine).
I tried to change in the string to reference my PC (instead of ram-pc).
I am getting a message from iexplorer asking me to either connect or work offline.
I choose 'work offline' and get 'page can not be displayed'.
The URL it tries to access is:

http://test:8888/forms90/f90servlet?form=C:d6iMODULE1.fmx&userid=D6I/D6I@orcl&buffer_records=NO&debug_messages=NO&array=YES&query_only=NO&quiet=NO&RENDER=YES

MODULE1 is my test module...

Something wrong with my iexplorer settings?
How comes it can not read the page????

I must say I do feel thick!
