Block based on view, urgent [message #83903]

I have a view with 4 columns from one single table and 2 columns derived from a database function. I need to base a block on this view and i would like to know how to insert values into those 4 columns(which is based on a single table) and in turn to the parent table from forms 6i

inserting in a view is only possible if you insert the primarikey columns of the table in your statement.
